* Monthly fee of R45 must be paid in advance, every month to enable the member to make use of the “Rewards Points” that vests in the members profile.
* Should a member’s fee not be paid then the member will not be able to access the “Rewards Points” until such time as the fees are paid up to date.
* The “Rewards Points” can not be purchased and can only be earned at a rate of 1 Reward Point for every R1 spent on www.upcell.co.za. You will not earn additional “Rewards Points” when you redeem “Rewards Points”
* “Rewards Points” that vests in the member’s profile may not be redeemed for cash.
* Members must pay in cash (card payment) for all delivery charges.
* “Money Back” may not be used to pay for courier cost.

Participation in the UpCell Mobile Rewards Loyalty Points Program is a privilege granted to UpCell Mobile customers and as such can be suspended, revoked or terminated at any time by UpCell Mobile for any reason or for no reason. In the event of termination of your participation, all benefits including all accrued Loyalty Points and other program benefits will automatically and immediately be forfeited.
TERMS OF SERVICE: From time to time, UpCell Mobile may temporarily amend the Loyalty Point reward equations, without notice to the users. A user only earns Loyalty Points based on activity on and via the UpCell Mobile website. Users may opt to purchase products without using their Loyalty Points. Users will be able to check the amount of Loyalty Points accumulated in their account by logging into the MyAccount section and viewing the dashboard. Users may not redeem or exchange accumulated Loyalty Points for cash. Users may not give/donate/transfer/share their Loyalty Points to another user’s account. UpCell Mobile specifically reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the UpCell Mobile Rewards Loyalty Points Program, or any specific user’s participation in the UpCell Mobile Rewards Loyalty Points Program, if any fraud, virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, safety or proper function of the UpCell Mobile Rewards Loyalty Points Program, as determined by UpCell Mobile in its sole discretion. In addition, UpCell Mobile reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or permanently ban any specific user’s participation in the UpCell Mobile Rewards Loyalty Points Program if UpCell Mobile suspects that such user is conducting fraudulent activity to acquire, accumulate or spend Loyalty points including, but not limited to, by a user creating multiple UpCell Mobile Rewards accounts, false referrals, etc.
REDEEMING LOYALTY POINTS: Loyalty Points may only be redeemed on www.upcell.co.za. Loyalty Points may only be redeemed for a discount off the purchase price of an item. Loyalty Points may not be redeemed for payment of taxes or shipping costs. UpCell Mobile may limit the number of Loyalty Points which may be redeemed at one time. Users wishing to redeem Loyalty Points will receive a discount off the purchase price of their order in redemption of Loyalty Points, which will thereby be deducted from the User’s count of Loyalty Points. The system will update the User’s remaining Loyalty Points immediately after Loyalty Points are redeemed. UpCell Mobile may determine, in its sole discretion, to restrict the redemption of Loyalty Points with respect to certain products. UpCell Mobile reserves the right to vary any or all of the terms of the UpCell Mobile Rewards Loyalty Points Program, to amend these Terms of Service, or to terminate the UpCell Mobile Rewards Loyalty Points Program, at any time without notice and without further obligations to users, including, but not limited to, modifications which: a) govern Loyalty Points earned on and after the date of the change; or b) change the value of already accumulated Loyalty Points. Notice of any such changes, amendments or termination will be provided to users via message or email, or by being posted on the UpCell Mobile website and will be effective immediately, unless otherwise stated in such notification.

We want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase.

- If after you attempted to resolve issues with Support staff and feel the product(s) you purchased does/do not the best fit your requirements, we want to make things right.
Our policy offers a full, no-hassle refund of your R45 subscription within 30 days of your date of purchase. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve.
We are not able to refund the cost of the SIM card or any courier charges.
We make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. But our payment processor, or your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). We accept credit card and debit/cheque card payments via the website.

10.1 Credit card and cheque card transactions will be processed via PayFast Ltd. PayFast uses the strictest form of encryption and no credit card and cheque card details are stored on the Website.
